If you have poor digestion, bloating before/after food, stagnant or incomplete bowel movement, feels tired and sluggish… This pearl barley and chen pi tea is your calling!
Background information
In Chinese Medicine, any digestive issue is primarily related to the impaired function of the Spleen & Stomach, much like the Western Medicine point of view. The Spleen & Stomach work together to transport & transform (T&T) nutrients from food and water to support our daily energy levels and metabolism. When the T&T function doesn't work properly, the body may start to go towards either extremes: abnormally higher metabolism leading to a thinner appearance or slower metabolism leading to a fuller appearance.
