This therapeutic experience not only rejuvenates tired feet but also offers a myriad of health benefits, from promoting circulation to reducing period cramps.

Ingredients and Equipment for Foot Bath:

  • A knee-high bucket
  • Hot water
  • 3 slices of dried or fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ground turmeric

Instructions for Foot Bath:

Step 1:

Add Hot Water and Herbs. Begin by filling the bucket with hot water. The water should be at a temperature that is hot to the touch but still manageable for your body. Drop in three slices of ginger, renowned for its anti-inflammatory properties, and add a teaspoon each of ground cinnamon and turmeric.

Step 2:

To prolong the benefits of the foot bath, have additional hot water ready to top up the bucket every 5 minutes. This practice, done approximately 2-3 times during the 20-minute session, helps maintain the desired temperature and enhances the therapeutic effects of the herbs.

Step 3:
