Lotus Leaf (He Ye)

Direction of use:

  1. Preparation: Add 500ml to 750ml of room-temperature water to the MMT herbs in a pot.
  2. Boiling: Use a high heat to bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium or low.
  3. Simmering: Allow the MMT herbs to simmer for an additional 20 minutes, allowing the flavours and benefits to be released.
  4. Serving: Once it’s ready, pour the tea into a cup and enjoy it warm.
  5. Re-infusion: Don’t discard the herbs just yet! You can re-cook them following the same steps and enjoy another batch of the tea on the same day or the next, as advised by our clinic’s experts.
